Kath Grant

Kath has been an Employment Relations Specialist with CCER since 2018. Prior to joining CCER, Kath held Industrial Relations and Employment Relations roles within the public sector Industrial Relations system, most recently with NSW Health in a senior HR management role for 5 years. Prior to this Kath worked for the NSW Rural Fire Service for 8 years in HR and business management roles at a regional and state level and within the Professional Standards Unit.

Kath’s business operations, ER and IR experience extends to a broad range of management skills, systems auditing, workplace investigations, organisational development and change, adaptive leadership, managing performance and conduct, policy development and Industrial Relations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management, in addition to a Diploma in Auditing, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Investigations.
